A lot of the people I enjoy following unfortunately love to participate in it so I see a lot of it. I blog for the fun of it. I blog about whatever I want and whenever the urge hits me. I do think about blogging anonymously at times because there are many times I would like to REALLY bitch about things and not have my friends/family/coworkers know about it. (Although, I seriously doubt they follow my blog. The ONE time they check it out though would be when I posted something I would rather them not read.) FWIW, I don't think you were rude.
