so i finally got famous. or at least, part of me did. but exactly what i was afraid would happen, did – only not quite exactly the way i thought it would. see, when i asked the boyfriend to “lighten it up a little” i should have known that the webmaster-cum-perfectionist wouldn’t be able to stop there, but instead would try to find a way to make everything “look better” – the shirt whiter, the contrast between my chest and the kitteh’s head sharper, etc. etc.
and i warned him not to, i told him if he did that meg and the gang might think it was too messed around with and might not post it. well, thankfully, meg deserves more credit than i was giving her, because clearly she saw the authenticity of my cnr and put it right up there… but unfortunately, all my fellow overloaders felt the need to digress and dissect my beloved’s attempt to make me happy and instead accuse me of being a faker or a poser or loserly.
