it was an idle tuesday
Tuesday, January 27th, 2009and when, at just a little past 4 pm, i recieved an email that no one else in the world was expecting or would ever think to see coming arrived, the first thing that popped into my mind in regards to it’s original intended recipient was: maybe, just maybe, you should have thought to worry just a little bit. ever so slightly.
Don’t worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.
to speak the full extent of what i mean is impossible. but know this: somewhere many miles away from here, someone that, up to this point, from all outward appearances, didn’t have a care in the world until approximately 4:00 PM today. and then the proverbial $hit hit the fan.
