What happened to Customer Service?
should have known better. Memorial day’s the worst day to car shop. But he and I went back out anyway. Just a little more comparison. So out to Fred Haas Toyota Country to try the RAV4 again first. Just as we recalled, the A/C never got cold. Everything felt cheap. The damn tire’s mounted on the back, narrowing down the rear view. And the sales guy – damn! Cesaer’s the guy’s name. Nothing regal or Roman about him. He sits in the back seat CLEANING THE CRAP OUT OF HIS SHOES.
